Born and raised in Ayia Napa – Cyprus, Andrew Melas a.k.a. Drew Astro is a hip hop/rap artist who focuses on channelling positivity through his blend of beats and rhymes. With this singular, guiding principle in place, the result is an auditory experience that he refers to as “feel good music”.

The heart and soul of music is rooted in his desire to motivate and lift the spirits through his music, and it’s through this selfless pursuit that he’s had the laws of attraction work in his favor. He has since opened up shows with A.M. SNiPER, Chris Brown, Tyga, DMX, Busta Rhymes, Skepta, 6ix9ine to name just a few.

Growing up in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, the urban music capital of tourist resorts in Europe — Astro was exposed to a thriving arts and nightlife scene from a young age. Having been a pivotal figurehead as an artist and MC in the music industry Drew Astro has rubbed shoulders and performed with countless international artists on big stages, and hosted a myriad of successful events and parties at notorious nightclubs.

Drew Astro frequently plays host and hype man/MC to his brother and platinum selling artist, A.M. SNiPER. He also took home the first prize in ‘Coast To Coast’, the largest artist showcase in the world.
